Construction & engineering · Kampala

We build the places Uganda grows into.

Nsimbi is a Kampala-based construction group delivering civil infrastructure, commercial developments and homes across Uganda. We plan carefully, build precisely, and stand behind every structure.

01Who we are

Construction is a promise. We keep it.

Founded in Kampala in 2009, Nsimbi has grown from a small civil works crew into a full-service construction group. We work where the ground is difficult, the weather is demanding and the stakes are highest — because that is where good construction matters most.

Our teams combine local knowledge with international standards, from the first survey to the final handover. No shortcuts, no surprises, no abandoned sites.

02 / What we do

Built around your brief.

Six disciplines, one accountable team. We can take a project from a rough site sketch to the day you turn the key — or step in at any point along the way.

04In their words
“Nsimbi delivered through two rainy seasons without losing a week. Their programme was honest from the first meeting — and they hit it.”

05 / How we work

No surprises.
By design.

A project is a sequence of decisions. Our process makes the important ones early, in the open, with the people who will live with them.

01

Listen & survey

We start on the ground, not in the boardroom. Site conditions, access, services, neighbours and the real budget are all established before we draw anything.

1–3 weeks

02

Plan & price

A buildable design, a transparent cost plan and a programme with named milestones. You see the assumptions, the risks and the number behind every line.

3–8 weeks

03

Build & report

One project lead, weekly reporting and live cost tracking. Problems are raised early, with options — never saved for a handover meeting.

Programme-led

04

Hand over & stand by

Commissioning, as-built drawings and a proper handover. Then twelve months of defects liability with a team that still answers the phone.

12-month support

06Responsibility

Build for the next generation.

Construction takes a great deal from a place. We think it should give something back. That means sourcing locally, designing for maintenance, cutting waste and training the people who will run this industry after us.
